Job Description

Frisbii is a leading subscription management and recurring billing solution, backed by private equity, and is rapidly scaling its operations across Europe. With a strong commitment to innovation, Frisbii supports subscription-based businesses in managing their customer lifecycle efficiently, optimizing their revenue streams, and scaling sustainably.

Frisbii is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth in Nordics You will play a key role in acquiring and expanding relationships with SMB enterprises positioning Frisbii as the go-to solution for subscription monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Drive outbound efforts to identify and acquire new SMB clients in the Nordic Market.

  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on delivering consistent results.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.

  • Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning Frisbii as a trusted partner.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize client value.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:

    • 1-2 years in sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or subscription space.

    • Strong pipeline management and forecasting expertise.

    • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology is a plus.

  2. Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and eager to prove their capability in a fast-evolving environment.

    • Outgoing and personable, able to uplift team morale.

    • Thrives in less structured environments and can independently navigate challenges.

  3. Sales Approach:

    • Proven outbound mentality with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

    • Demonstrated success in targeting SMB businesses.

  4. Market Focus:

    • Native in Danish, with the ability to engage with the Nordic market confidently.

    • Fluent in English, as is the company standard language spoken.
